Normally these 20 friends just get together each year to play some golf and catch up with old friends. This year was a bit different. This year they all opened their hearts and wallets to the Lung Runners. Pledging money for birdies, these guys were able to donate over R 5000 to the Lung Runners.

The name of the golf tour is the “Survivor Golf Tour”, which was just a funny wordplay on the hit TV series, where the best team “OutDrive, OutPutt & OutBraai”. But this has taken on a new mean for us, as these guys are making a difference in other peoples lives by playing a sport we all love.

We thank each and every one for their contribution. The guys already suggested that this will become an annual event and we hope to set our target for R 10 000 for next year 🙂
